DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES
Upon completion of your purchase with us online at www.actionequipment.co.nz we will email you an order confirmation, so please ensure you provide us with your correct email address when ordering.
  • Courier or Free Local Delivery via one of our stores: Please allow 3—10 working days for delivery, and 1—2 days on top of this for rural areas. For orders that have been dispatched with a courier, you will receive your order tracking information via email. To track your item please use the tracking facility available on the courier’s website.
  • Large Freight Carrier: Please allow 5—10 working days for delivery, and 1—2 days on top of this for rural areas. For orders that have been despatched with a freight carrier you will receive your tracking information via email. To track your item please use the tracking facility available on the carrier’s website or contact them directly for an update.
  • Low Stock Items: If something is listed as ‘Low Stock’ then there is a chance we may need to order it from our supplier and as a result there may be a delay of up to 10 days.
  • Backorder Items: If something is listed as ‘Available for backorder’ then it is currently out of stock with both us and the supplier. In this case, someone will be in touch with an ETA as soon as possible.
  • PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address; please ensure you provide a physical address.

NOTE: We will endeavour to meet our stated delivery timeframes. However, we cannot guarantee these as there are many different factors out of our control that can affect delivery times.

RECEIPT OF DELIVERY

Orders may need to be signed for at the time of delivery. This is to ensure that we can confirm you have received the product and that it has been received in good condition.

The risk of any loss and or damage to the product will pass to you on delivery and therefore, we suggest you check the product prior to signing for it. If the product arrives damaged, please sign the delivery acknowledgement as “damaged in transit”. Please email info@actionequipment.co.nz within 24 hours of your delivery. Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

FREIGHT NETWORK DISRUPTIONS AND TIMEFRAMES

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures, or any delays in delivery times by our delivery network.

Delivery timeframes are dictated by the delivery company, and they/we cannot always accommodate special delivery time requests. Delivery companies run on specific delivery time schedules for each area and therefore delivery times are at their discretion. If customers require a specific delivery time, we advise contacting us prior to placing an order so we can check with the delivery company if this is possible.

DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

Please note that our delivery charges are for a door drop-off delivery service only, and do not include delivery up stairs, installation, removal of packaging, or any other additions of any kind unless agreed at the time of purchase.

COLLECTION POLICY

Our in-store collection service is designed to make your shopping experience more convenient and efficient. By placing your order for collection, you are agreeing to abide by the following requirements:

Order Placement:

By placing an order for in-store collection, you are agreeing to purchase and pick up an item from the local Action Equipment store specified on your order within the time frame outlined by the store after purchase.

  • Online: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
  • In-store: Non-stocking items will require full payment at time of order. All other items may be subject to a deposit when ordering, and full payment prior to delivery/collection.
     
Collection Process:

Once your order is confirmed and payment received, you will be contacted by the local Action Equipment store to advise the ETA for collection.

  • You will need to bring your order number (located on your order confirmation) and some form of ID with you when collecting the unit. Action Equipment reserves the right to reject collection if any/all of these conditions are not met.
  • If you wish to arrange for someone to collect the unit on your behalf – please call the Action Equipment store prior and advise them on this switch. The other person must bring a copy of the order confirmation, their ID, and a signed authorisation letter from you.
  • Upon collection, you will be required to sign a customer handover document for receipt of the goods.
Collection Timeframe:

We will strive to have your order ready for collection as soon as possible, and the Action Equipment store you purchased from will contact you when the unit is available for collection.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All orders placed with Action Equipment are subject to our Delivery and Collection Policy, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing from Action Equipment, through either our website or through one of our stores, you are agreeing to all of these policies and the terms within them.
