NOTE: We will endeavour to meet our stated delivery timeframes. However, we cannot guarantee these as there are many different factors out of our control that can affect delivery times.
Orders may need to be signed for at the time of delivery. This is to ensure that we can confirm you have received the product and that it has been received in good condition.
The risk of any loss and or damage to the product will pass to you on delivery and therefore, we suggest you check the product prior to signing for it. If the product arrives damaged, please sign the delivery acknowledgement as “damaged in transit”. Please email info@actionequipment.co.nz within 24 hours of your delivery. Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures, or any delays in delivery times by our delivery network.
Delivery timeframes are dictated by the delivery company, and they/we cannot always accommodate special delivery time requests. Delivery companies run on specific delivery time schedules for each area and therefore delivery times are at their discretion. If customers require a specific delivery time, we advise contacting us prior to placing an order so we can check with the delivery company if this is possible.
Please note that our delivery charges are for a door drop-off delivery service only, and do not include delivery up stairs, installation, removal of packaging, or any other additions of any kind unless agreed at the time of purchase.
Our in-store collection service is designed to make your shopping experience more convenient and efficient. By placing your order for collection, you are agreeing to abide by the following requirements:
By placing an order for in-store collection, you are agreeing to purchase and pick up an item from the local Action Equipment store specified on your order within the time frame outlined by the store after purchase.
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, you will be contacted by the local Action Equipment store to advise the ETA for collection.
We will strive to have your order ready for collection as soon as possible, and the Action Equipment store you purchased from will contact you when the unit is available for collection.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All orders placed with Action Equipment are subject to our Delivery and Collection Policy, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing from Action Equipment, through either our website or through one of our stores, you are agreeing to all of these policies and the terms within them.
