Description

The FD450 is an ideal mower for large properties where a wide cutting path, superior grass collection, and off-site disposal of grass or leaf debris are priorities.

Its out-front floating deck offers excellent visibility and allows the operator to mow efficiently in tight corners, under bushes, and around trees. For added convenience, the deck can be hydraulically raised at the push of a button to easily navigate over curbs or obstacles. With a substantial 450-liter grass collection capacity, the FD450 enables longer mowing sessions without frequent stops for emptying. The hydraulic dumping system simplifies grass disposal, eliminating the need for manual labor. Steering is handled through a steering wheel, and the rear-wheel steer system provides precise, tight turns, making the mower highly responsive and agile. When turning at full lock, the FD450 leaves less than 400mm of uncut grass, which is especially useful for mowing around trees. For enhanced traction, the mower features a differential lock on the driving wheels, while a pivoting rear-wheel axle boosts stability on uneven terrain.

The cutting height of the deck can be adjusted smoothly and continuously using an electric switch, providing customizable mowing heights to suit different lawn conditions. Maintenance is also made easy with a quick-release lever that allows the cutting deck to be raised to a vertical position for cleaning or servicing. The mower is also equipped with a hose port for easy deck cleaning after use, ensuring the machine stays in top condition.
