The NorthStar ATV spot sprayer is designed for efficiency and durability, featuring a pressure-activated diaphragm pump that operates on demand to ensure optimal performance.

Its tank is crafted using NorthStar’s proprietary design, with extra-thick walls that prevent bulging or sagging, even during heavy use. The tank is made from a special polymer that provides superior chemical resistance, allowing it to withstand a variety of chemicals without degrading. In addition, the tank is UV-stabilized to protect against fading and other damage caused by extended sun exposure, ensuring longevity in outdoor conditions. This sprayer can easily be mounted on any ATV equipped with an electric start or a 12-volt mounted battery, making it highly versatile and convenient for a range of applications.

It is important to note that this unit is not suitable for pumping diesel or crop oil. The sprayer is equipped with a spray gun that has an adjustable nozzle and an 8.5-meter hose for added flexibility during operation. Powered by the NorthStar 3.8 LPM 12V pump, which delivers 40 psi of pressure, it offers reliable spraying performance. The unit also features an internal suction filter to ensure smooth operation, and comes with a wiring loom that includes a remote switch and plug for easy control.
